Keira Knightley
Knightley born in London within the families that included actors Will Knightley & Sharman Macdonald at six years old, was initially employed on TV commercials and movies. She was in 1999 when she portrayed Sabe in Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Her first big breakthrough was when she played a tomboy football player in the sports documentary Bend It Like Beckham (2002) The film went on to achieve global stardom for playing Elizabeth Swann in the swashbuckler fantasy series Pirates of the Caribbean, which began in 2003. Knightley was described as one of the promising young stars following her having a role on screen in Love Actually (2003). Knightley won an Academy Award nod for Best Actress in 2005 when she played Elizabeth Bennet, the heroine of the romantic historical novel Pride & Prejudice. Alongside Atonement, she also starred in the role of Georgiana Cavendish as the tastemaker of The Duchess and Anna Karenina's character in the title socialite. In modern dramas, she portrayed an aspiring music student as in Begin Again (2012) and a physician on the set of Jack Ryan Shadow Recruit (2013). Knightley returned to historic dramas in the role of Joan Clarke, in The Imitation Game, which earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Also, she was a part of Colette and played the character of the writer.
